Hello everybody,
My name is Vanda and i´m writing you from Portugal. Please, forgive me for my erros on writing. Is there anybody else from Portugal???

Well!! We (me and my husband) bought the Wii Fit last Saturday. Ok Ok, I am the one that make the real excersise. He is on the rigth weigth, so he just do it for fun.
I started the year with that huge will to better my fitness and all to do with it. Lose so weigth and fell better with my self.
So I set a goal for losing some weigth (don´t remenber how much) on 6 moths. Every morning, I wake up early, and do about 40 to 50 minuts on Wii Fitt. Several exercises.
Of course there is no result yet, but I can tell you that in tht in the 2 day´s that I didn´t worked out, I fell more tired.
So that´s a good start.

Good work out on the Wii Fit.

Hi Vanda,

Welcome to the Forum! I am from America. It's so much fun to have friends all over the world, isn't it? I can speak Spanish but not Portugueso. Right now I am learning American Sign Language, the third largest language in the US after English and Spanish.

Enjoy your Wii, and let us know how it goes. Don't get discouraged if it takes some time. :D

Do you take B vitamins? They help with metabolism of food and I notice a difference when I take them.
