I decided to break down and start putting all my scores in the table today. I'd like to drop about 15 lbs between now and Christmas and I do better if I have someone to compete against.

Female
Age: 37
Height: 5' 5"
Wii weight: 186

I've had the wii Fit a little over 500 days now and in that time I've dropped just at 20 lbs. I seem to have plateaued again. I started my weight loss journey about 5 years ago. I weighed just shy of 300 lbs at the time do to inactivity relating to long illness. I hit my last plateau 8 months before I got the wii so I have been pretty happy with my results.

I work out roughly an hour a day 7 days a week usually on the wii but I also hike, swim and play some sports. It has been a long road to healthy.

I'm a gamer girl so I play a lot of stuff besides wii fit, I'm always looking for a new wii game that will get my heart thumping so feel free to comment.

It occured to me just now that I don't know if my cycling score is in km or miles. I never really looked. I'll check tomorrow and update the spreadsheet if I made a mistake.

I've worked the hardest on that one, it's basically a lot of breaking and use of the pet. I pick up the first flag, jump the ramp over the river, pick up the flag straight out from there, get my dog, get the flag at the fork in the road and then turn back over the small bridge. From there I pick up the nearby flags with the dog and head up the spiral ramp and over the rope bridge, out to the sand pit, down the hill and back into the village over the red bridge. In order to get my time down to that I have to stop the maximum distance from the flags that the pet can still reach them.

I love cycling. :D

Yep, turns out I'm not as amazing as I like to think I am. Cycling scores are in miles in the US. Which makes no sense, all the other scores are in meters. Go figure.

So I corrected the spreadsheet and plugged in a fresh batch of scores.

I'm currently playing Sports Resort, Samba de Amigo, and Legend of Zelda as part of my regular workout. I'm always looking for new games so anyone who has a personal favorite I'd love to hear from you.

Very good route description!
It look like we all on the top scores use the same tour. My tour route maps in the Wii Fit forum

I love Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing for a workout. There's the workouts and some challenges that you can do. Just Dance can be fun but the novelty of it is starting to wear off for me. I like Raving Rabbids TV Party for some game and workout fun. Beasty Boarding is my favorite activity on that one.

I appear to be doing basically the same route, clearly I'm just not trying hard enough! :D
I used to love my bicycle but a sports injury in my 20's forced me to give it up along with my roller blades. :( I just can't make them work properly any more. Which is probably why I love my wii so much.

I live in Florida. Today it is 93 F (34 C) in the shade. I don't really go outside in the summer to do anything but swim.

I have the original Ravin Rabids but I haven't managed to get through the whole game yet. I get frustrated that I can't save my progress until I clear the level. (I also get distracted by other games with swords in them and then forget to make time for it)

I'm not really much of a boxer but I had looked at Just Dance. I might have to give it a go now, I've been reluctant to buy any games that require extra equipment because then I have to think of a place to store it so that's kept me away from DDR.

I didn't think I liked boxing until I got Gold's Gym. The boxing on Wii Fit is so slow and repetitive but the Gold's Gym is really fast paced and interesting. I liked it so much that I signed up to take some classes at a real gym.

I took kick boxing while I was in college and my problem is I'm just not any good at it. It apparently relies on coordination I don't have. I have the same problem with golf.

The rhythm boxing upper levels are pretty fast paced, but I agree the first level is way way too slow. I'm substantially better at those. I'll occasionally box with one of my gal pals on the original wii sports but really we'd rather knock the tar out of each other in swordplay on Sports Resort.

We can be a rather violent lot
