The latest data is in from VGChartz and it looks like the pre-holiday boost in sales for the Wii is continuing at a steady pace. In the week ending 8th November, Nintendo sold over 527,000 units, a steady increase over previous weeks, and very different from the sudden surge that happened in the last few weeks of last year. They are still way ahead of the XBox and PS3, which have only sold 468,655 units between them. Sales in these two have also had a boost in the last few weeks, although more-so for the XBox than the PS3, whose sales are looking decidedly weak in what should be the busiest time of year.
It does look like people are being a bit more sensible this year and getting their presents in nice and early, which should result in there being a good supply right into December.
