I've pushed myself back on track this week, I've only been Wii fitting a couple of times a week, and often just a little yoga. I fell down the stairs a few weeks ago and hurt my hip, so that has been a little debilitating ( I sound like an old woman !). I did 45 mins yesterday including a 30 minute free cycle, and 40 mins today, including a long jog and 15 minutes muscle work. I'm determined to find at least 30 mins every weekday (5 out of 7).
Apart from Wii fitting I'm trying to up my steps walked each day, and cutting down on what I eat. I managed over 30,000 steps yesterday and intend to keep it up, not easy on slippery pavements ! Where is Spring !!?
I really hope this surge will get me back on track as I'm sick on being stuck on this plateau.
