This is my second week, I only had time for 20 mins on Monday, none yesterday (son's birthday) but I did almost an hour today.
One thing which really pleased me was that my fitness age when I first tried last week, bearing in mind I didn't know what I was doing was 61 ! I did a test today, I thought I was pretty bad at the judgement test but my age was 34, 12 years younger than my real age !
I'm better, not good though, at the rythym parade, the tilt tables, perfect ten and even the rythym kung fu. I did a bit of muscle work, yoga and even managed a shoulder stand, except I cannot get my feet to touch the ground over my head.
PS I just noticed the 'shoulder stand not for beginners' thread ! I was very careful.
I've also unlocked a few more reps in the muscle section. WEight back down again after 1 pound up.
Don't worry too much with the 'wii fit age', it doesn't really tell you much. Sometimes after a session with wii fit, I'll be all limber and get a low age, or be overtired and end up much older than I am. I do like unlocking the micro tests, though, and practicing them in hope. If you click on your wii board in My Wii Fit Plus, you can see all of the wii fit age tests you've unlocked so far. One of them I think helps with the marble tilt pipe game. I'm rubbish at it, so I play that micro test in vain hopes.

I think I'll probably take heed of the ones which make me younger and dismiss the ones which make me older ! I made the mistake of accidentally saying I had medium weight of clothing yesterday, so consequently got 'told off' today, my weight won't have changed at all !

One week since my last progress report, I've had a few glitches but I think these were technical. My BMI is still flatlining I did go down a pound but back up a bit since ! I think my weight fluctuates enormously from early morning to evening.
I do think the Wii fit is a bit unfair in the way that it is not always consistent, I keep being told I'm unbalanced or whatever, then it'll say 'you're getting good at this' and unlocking more reps or a new level !
I'm getting better at most things and got some top scores today. (Not high, but high for me ! ). My balance in yoga is getting a bit better too. I still feel motivated and I really want to beat my own personal bests, which I guess is the general idea. I even took the wii fit plus disc out and spent 10 minutes on my kids Wii sports ! I find the boxing quite therapeutic ! though I'm not a fan of the real thing ! so maybe my energy levels are improving !
I play tennis in Wii Sports as well as some boxing. I find it a bit confusing when my arms aren't attached to my body and I pretty much just flail wildly but you can work up quite a sweat doing it. The baseball is actually fun too and works some shoulder muscles you've forgotten exist. Golf is a non sport to me but my husband and I play the bowling game together sometimes. Not much of a workout but it does get him off the couch!
Your weight will vary by as much as 2 lbs during the day. It's best to pick one time and weigh in then and weighing in weekly or every few days is better than daily so you don't get discouraged by small changes.

As much as my Fit Age bounces around, I wonder if it has any value at all. Or if there is even any programming behind it. Perhaps programmed by the 5 year old child of the programmer?

It's all based on your balance. One wobble during one the tests and you're 90. Hang onto a chair, etc as it suggests and you're 22. I don't bother doing it anymore because it really doesn't mean anything except whether you are stable or not and I already know I'm unstable in more ways than one! My Wii addiction demonstrates that.
