I can't understand the penguin game, I find I catch the same number of fish at random, just standing still. I
can do the other games, am I missing something here?

There are special fish that come up from the ends of the ice piece after you get some number of the regular fish to increase your scores. I'm not a big fan of the game but I guess it is supposed to improve your co-ordination and balance.

I dance this one rather than just shift my weight - it's more fun and good exercise!

this one is all about timing. My current high score is 126 but I'm not really good in the coordination department.

I muddle back and forth in the middle of the ice berg and try to get as many of the green fish as I can. Then when the red fish show up you have to time yourself carefully and shift your weight just as the penguin reaches the end of the iceberg. You really have to get at least 2 red fish to clear 100

I find the penguin and football games both really hard. I don't think it's my balance as I do very well in the yoga, I think it has more to do with my timing.

It's definitely more to do with timing than balance because I have terrible balance and I routinely score high in both games, I've pulled in a perfect on the first level of soccer. :D

Planning ahead helps with both games. You get a two second delay between the time the red fish disappears and the time it shows up over the iceberg. It's just long enough to set up your leap. The trick with soccer is to look for the next ball as soon as you're in the right spot to intercept the existing ball.
