Anyone out there have yoga routine to suggest? Since WF+ doesn't suggest one, I'd really like to get advice from some experienced yoga trainers and instructors. What routine would you suggest?

Go into My Wii Fit Plus, click on My Programme. When the board jumps over the bench, point at him. He will ding and put up an exclamation mark. Click on him at this point and he will offer to suggest a Gym, Mixed, or Yoga session, with a duration from 5 minutes up to an hour, as you like. Proceed from there.

My advice would be to start with something quick and easy try for under ten minutes
Deep Breathing, Half Moon, Palm Tree, and Worrior I think that’s about 7 or 8 minutes
From there just play around with your routine until it works for you
Eg; Mine is Half Moon, Sun Salutation, Triangle, Standing Knee, Downward-Facing Dog, Spine Extension, King of the Dance, and Worrior
And sometimes I put Gate in but only if I'm feeling extra motivated
It goes for 16-18 minutes
I always like to finish with the Worrior because it stretches me out again, also start with easy repetitive things i.e. Half Moon and the Sun Salutation.
If you're just starting out don't do my routine because it has three advanced positions in it
Yoga’s a lot of fun just take it slow and as the trainer always tells me 'don't strain yourself'

There is something that depends upon a person body. A very different routine for a different person. I thing you should join a yoga classes, where you will get a trainer. And he will suggest much better routine which is suitable for you and what type yoga you should initiate and how. I think you should join a class for better result.

It does vary from person to person and you have to try all different things.

I usually start with warrior, then mix it up....half moon, jackknife, tricep extensions, triangle, torso twist, and that one arm/one leg thing. I try to avoid the balance games if I have a choice because I suck at them.

I think axine12345 is absolutely saying right that you need to join yoga class where you would get full training on how you can make your body fit .
