MY all Favorite guys. I have great perception that, I am going to join you with the hot lemon water. What a great way to start the day!
And I am going to eat more spicy food on my Fit for Life program. Just one day on the program and I dropped a pound. It was wonder for me.
The first day on just about any program, anyone can drop a pound, or close to it. It's sustaining the weight loss that is the problem. If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, you will, after a month or so, maybe sooner, hit a wall, where weight loss slows down. That's why 'gimmick' diets fail. The trick is to develop a new lifestyle of diet and exercise, not to go on a hunt for the mythical silver bullet.
