Your review is bang on what I thought. I love Gold's Gym Cardio and expected this to be along the same lines but it's more like My Fitness Coach with little good instruction and lots of frantic movement. I too found myself standing staring at the screen wondering what I was supposed to be doing. The game is now gathering dust along with My Fitness Coach and Your Shape.

I lost count of the number of times I was just standing there looking stunned while the "instructor" suddenly broke out into a stupidly complicated sequence.
