This is a potentially silly question but if I set out a routine, will it be there when I go back tomorrow ? I had finished my workout today but decided to choose a mixture of muscle and yoga exercises to go together. Will I have start again tomorrow or will it stay there until I change it ?

Thanks ! and glad it's helping your back. I can feel more strength in my torso and back now. The 'my routine' is a good idea, I imagine it cuts out a bit of 'waffling' by the trainer ! I intend to use a short routine of yoga and muscle, and I'll alternate with the other activities.
