I am a new used (45 days and counting), but I am just curious. Why does my running guide wave at me periodically? Is it because: 1) he/she wants to show where he is (the yellow arrow is obvious), 2) he/she is just being friendly, 3)he/she is just letting me know I am doing well. LOL.

Like I said, I am curious! :P

I'm pretty sure it's 4.) he/she who programed wii fit really likes to have people waving at them.

The miis in cycling wave a lot too, I think it's just "A thing" with the game  Try catching up to some of the dogs that run past you, they don't wave.
