With a certain inevitability, the latest snowboarding game will support the Wii Fit balance board.

According to that mecca for gaming news, the Salt lake City Tribune, Shaun White snowboarding is due out on every platform soon, but with support for the balance board the Wii looks like it will be the best platform to play it on. The game is courtesy of Ubisoft, who have a good record of getting Wii games right and, most importantly, being able to use the Wii's novel control systems in a natural way.

We shall have to wait and see how well they pull it off, and whether is give Family Ski a run for its money. If the screenshots are anything to go by, it will certainly look damn good.

The balance board is rapidly becoming a standard fixture in new Wii games, further adding to the full body appeal of the Wii and differentiating its gameplay even more from the more traditional platforms out there.
