Hi Guys,

I did a couple of posts with these details on other threads but there was a problem with access to my link! It should be OK now!! So I thought I'd start a new thread for anyone who's interested in a cycling challenge???

My best time is just over 18mins but I have done several routes under 25mins. I decided that under 15mins was probably possible but needed some additional info. I collected together all the refs to the "Shortcuts" from the Forum & put it all together. I was surprised at the results so I tidied it all up, modified a map of the Island & I've put it up on my Personal web Page http://www.a1a.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

With the current Shortcuts I believe under 15 mins is possible but very difficult. It would need a perfect run using some difficult 1st time jumps! I think there are some more shortcuts out there & I'll be spending some of my time looking!

If anyone else is up for the challenge of under 15 minutes I'm happy to update my PWP with any new data.

Have a look & let me know via this thread

I am able to get to your map, but could you maybe post and let us know what everything stands for? For example, I assume the letters are the balloons, but what do the other symbols stand for? (J1-J13, W1-W3, S1-S7). Maybe I am just dense.

Hi Farmgirl - When you get to my homepage there should be 2 small pages, one links to the map the other links to an explanation all the references.

Any problems post here or send a private message

OK Kescah I broke into the 16s again today and you can eat my dust once again!! DiDis 15:12 sure seems like a long ways off asI had a very good run with the exception of missing the first balloon on the beach. I got a few slow down messages but tried to keep it on the edge there. Sweating like a pig as this is definately a better workout that Walking but variety is ggod. Enjoy the view back there if you can see through the dust :-) I need to trim another minute off my time just to tie my previous best time but every run is just a little bit better than the last. Funny when I looked at the stats page many times and competitors were missing then suddenly appeared back again. I would hate to lose all those records.

Smarty! Well it gives me something to fight for. I am waiting for my Walk It Out to arrive on Friday and until then I will see if I can creep up behind you. I doubt I will overtake you EVER. But at least close enough to be heard if I yell at you or something! :D

Must be a windy day. Well, I really wish I had more time for exercise- no doubt I could get up there closer to you. I can't believe how much I have improved in the last couple of weeks after all that time practicing and getting nowhere. It is not showing in my times too well because of a missed balloon, bad cat or such, but I can feel the difference, especially swooping below those rocks and up to the S-shaped ledge. I have no trouble getting between the fence and the tree at all, not even having to slow down. The new way to get the first balloon in town (tip o' hat to Porquai) and between the buildings to get the third one have helped a lot. (Have you tried those, jvv? Or how do you get the third one?)

This would not a big problem because I have a lot of local backups of "Wii fit forum stats".

I go past the bowling alley, turn right, jump curb and get balloon as I round building (often use the pet, just for fun and practise) Important not to lose him here as he gains quite a bit of time at the lighthouse and ledge before steel ramp tunnel. I haven't tried the new suggested route yet as i am still trying to perfect form and get back to my old status, made 16:30 today. I will explore it more later. I totally missed the first beach balloon and one on the ledge even with that time so I am getting there. I still think getting the balloon by the rock after the manmade tunnel is faster than after leaving the dry lakebed, but maybe that is just for me.
