Hi
I have just upgraded from the Wii fit to the plus. Are there more Step excercises? At the moment I just have the step basic, plus and the free style (which I cant seem to get).
Thanks
Clare

There are not, unfortuanately, any more step exercises than the ones you have listed.

I must admit that I didn't get the free step at first, either. But now I do it every day. The key is to get something to raise the Wii Board off the floor. I bought one of those kits that came with a riser and an exercise mat. It is the riser that turns the exercise from one that is boring to one that is, well, still boring, but very useful.

I do free step with the Wii Board on a riser for 10 minutes every day and it has done more to tone up my legs than all the jogging I do. My legs feel now feel stronger and more solid. I used to hate climbing stairs, but now it doesn't bother me at all. To alleviate some of the boredom, I listen to my MP3 player. Some people watch TV but that doesn't work for me.

What kind of a riser did you get?

This one:

I didn't get it through Amazon. I think I picked it up at Carrefour. At any rate, it was a good purchase.

I thought it looked too flimsy at first, but it works very well. The exercise mat was useful, too, because I have wooden floors and the stand would slide a bit, but I put it on the mat and it stays put.
