It is often mentioned that swimming is one of the best exercises you can put your body through, using a combination of muscles throughout the entire body that few other exercises can match.
As we know exercise can help in growing taller naturally, this would naturally lead us to the question of whether or not swimming is a good exercise routine for increasing your height.

Swimming builds flexibility, endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular health. Water adds 12 times more resistance than air, so more work is needed to move through water than air. Swimming not only helps strengthen muscles, also helps build lean muscle, flexible.

Nice sharing.
I feel many advantages of swimming but
the main advantage of swimming is loss weight.
I think if we do this exercise daily then we could burn
much calories in our body.
