OK, I'm still progressing. It's getting slower, but this morning I upped the top target to 1890 points. And there is still room for improvement, as I missed some of the aerial tricks at 5 points each. I say it's getting slower, and the clue is that the bottom score on my board is 1840.

:ugeek:
For those who are afraid to ask, here's the latest update.

On the free level, I've broken the 1900 barrier finally, with a score of 1905.
On the beginner level, I'm back on form, having reached 192 points.

Enjoy!

Amazing. Congratulations! You really are the god of the skateboarding game. :D :D :D :D :D :D

So, having proved that I can stomp through the easy level, I switched a few weeks back to the advanced non-free level, because I still had only three stars. Previous experience showed that the four-star level is above 232 points. Now I can definitely say that it is between 239 and 273. I can't be more specific than that because I don't have any scores in between those two figures.

Well, the magic numbers that I thought might be possible are now very close. The numbers in question are 2000 on the free skate and 300 on the advanced/expert event. I'm currently at 1990 and 295 respectively. In free skate, I still flub the timing of a few jumps, so getting them right will get me 5 points more each.

Here's where it gets interesting. The 295 accompanied my record time-left when entering the last level, 195. This morning, I had 9 less seconds at that point, and still got 292. So if I did the rest like that day, and the last level like today, sounds like 301 could definitely be possible... I like.

Cool! :D 8-) 8-) It may not be a game I do well at, but I'm always happy to see someone perfecting the art. Keep it up and let us know when you hit 300.

296. And my record for beginning the last level is now 204, so 310 may be possible for a final score. I just wish that it was easier to keep precise control over the path of the skateboard. As it is, the Wii board isn't quite precise enough to be 100% repeatable, which has the practical result that you can't get good repeatability on the skateboard games, so my scores are still all over the place.

Hmmm, I wonder whether they will update the Wii board when they come out with the Wii U? I must say that I can't wait to find out what they have done and what games will be on offer. The long wait is frustrating. I just hope that there will be more cycling games and, for you, more skateboarding games.
