Hey all! I am new to Wii FIt+, but not new to the diet scene (as I am sure you are all familiar!). Anyhow, I just wanted to share with you a great site for nutritonal information. You can look up the COMPLETE nutritional analysis on almost any food. Not just foods that you buy from the grocery store, but also restaurants and prepared foods! You can input whole recipes for nutritional analysis, keep a food diary, track your BMI, etc!!
You have to register to get the full benefits from this site, but it's free! This site is good enough to charge money for! I have been using this site to count calories and do anaylsis on my diet for years.

I found that site a few weeks ago, it is great isn't it ? it also gives the GL (glycemic load) of foods which can be very hard to find. Welcome to the site by the way !
She's not a nutritionist, but she's great at coming up with delicious alternatives that are diet friendly and ways to reduce calories and fat in existing recipes. She's all about how to get great tasting food and good size portions for less calories.

I think you may be right, NutritionData may be the best ever thank you! I still get a lot of Dr Mercola's newsletter though.

I am confident too that the site you've shared is one of the best. It teaches us how to know the nutrients from what we are eating. It teaches us also to read the labels of the packed foods we are buying from the groceries. Colloidal Silver
