 Post subject: The Best Workout

Hi guys,

I don't want to lose weight, but want to tone up, I know Wii Fit isn't the best for muscle build, but as I said, just want to tone up a little. What is the best schedules? What do u all do on a daily routine, i have been startin off with the kung fu, then step plus, then a few yoga and muscle workouts then some joggin, but go into detail, tell me whats the best yoga and muscle workouts also.

No matter what your goal is check out the balance games. You might be surprised how much you favor one side. Besides they are the most fun!!

If I were you, I'd concentrate more on the yoga and muscle exercises, decide which you like best and put your own routine together in 'My Wii Fit'. I agree you should use the balance exercises and those which involve skill rather than the aerobic ones.

I find the 'Birds eye' really uses my upper arms and have noticed a difference in tone.

I was directed to this website: www.inwiifitness.com It has programs to build for your goals; lower body, upper body, full body for 15 minute and 30 minute workouts. I am currently doing the 30 minute full body workout every morning. My abs are sore!! I do the same workout in the evening.

I like Birds Eye too, there's not much for upper arms (that I can do yet that is) but that one is fun.
