I don't want to lose weight, but want to tone up, I know Wii Fit isn't the best for muscle build, but as I said, just want to tone up a little. What is the best schedules? What do u all do on a daily routine, i have been startin off with the kung fu, then step plus, then a few yoga and muscle workouts then some joggin, but go into detail, tell me whats the best yoga and muscle workouts also. If I were you, I'd concentrate more on the yoga and muscle exercises, decide which you like best and put your own routine together in 'My Wii Fit'. I agree you should use the balance exercises and those which involve skill rather than the aerobic ones.
I find the 'Birds eye' really uses my upper arms and have noticed a difference in tone.
I was directed to this website: www.inwiifitness.com It has programs to build for your goals; lower body, upper body, full body for 15 minute and 30 minute workouts. I am currently doing the 30 minute full body workout every morning. My abs are sore!! I do the same workout in the evening.
