I think there's a flame topic somewhere but I couldn't find it. . . .

~this one's just plain funny - I guess you could use it as a 3 minute cool down after you've been running, riding & flying all over the Island. You just sit still & don't move anything for 3 minutes. I look down at my lap instead of at the TV. Anyway, I find it very easy (except when I have an itch or a tickle or a . . . .)

I used to use it as a cool down too. I am sure it gives different sound effects from time to time but lately all I keep getting is the creaky floorboard!
The first time I saw a moth get incinerated, I nearly jumped out of my skin!

I get upset when I don't get to 180 seconds especially when I do think i've been quite still.

Lol, I don't like this game much! Whenever I have to keep still, I automatically want to wriggle. Not looking into the flame, but looking at something above the TV helps me, I find.

I'm willing to bet this wont work for everyone but today to wind down after a 16 minute yoga routine, 30 minute ride, and 6 minutes boxing I did the Zazen thing and for the first time EVER I got over 23 seconds
In fact I go all the way to the end
I closed my eyes and held the bottom of the balance board, which makes no sense I know because balance is impaired when you cannot see but it worked for me so good luck

I've found that just breathing in or out too deeply can cause it to think I've moved even when I am otherwise still.

I played it once and made it all the way to 180 but I swore I'd never do it again. I'm a little on the hyper side and it about killed me to sit completely still that long.

Hehe, likewise.

I've been doing a lot of yoga, but my mind has a habit of wandering at just the wrong moment.

I fail every time I try to do this. It's just too hard to stay for 3 minutes like that. I think I don't like it anymore.
