I think there's a flame topic somewhere but I couldn't find it. . . .
~this one's just plain funny - I guess you could use it as a 3 minute cool down after you've been running, riding & flying all over the Island. You just sit still & don't move anything for 3 minutes. I look down at my lap instead of at the TV. Anyway, I find it very easy (except when I have an itch or a tickle or a . . . .)

I used to use it as a cool down too. I am sure it gives different sound effects from time to time but lately all I keep getting is the creaky floorboard! The first time I saw a moth get incinerated, I nearly jumped out of my skin!
Lol, I don't like this game much! Whenever I have to keep still, I automatically want to wriggle. Not looking into the flame, but looking at something above the TV helps me, I find.
I'm willing to bet this wont work for everyone but today to wind down after a 16 minute yoga routine, 30 minute ride, and 6 minutes boxing I did the Zazen thing and for the first time EVER I got over 23 seconds In fact I go all the way to the end I closed my eyes and held the bottom of the balance board, which makes no sense I know because balance is impaired when you cannot see but it worked for me so good luck

I played it once and made it all the way to 180 but I swore I'd never do it again. I'm a little on the hyper side and it about killed me to sit completely still that long.
