Hi! I am just wondering if anyone has figured out how to do tricep extensions while holding weights, if you have to hold the Wiimote to get the game to register each up and down (I think it only registers the motion coming back up though)?

I have found that I have to hold the Wiimote straight up and down in my hand, so that when I bring my hand back up I almost have to pop my elbow or my wrist in order to get it to register that I have indeed brought it back up. That's kind of annoying.

It's as simple as this:

* Keep the Wiimote by your side, on a table or some other convenient place so that you can press the 'A' button when necessary.

* The red bars will not turn yellow, but, by following the movements of the trainer or the patterns of the red bars, you will still be able to keep time.

There's no score for this exercise, so it really doesn't matter whether or not you light up the red bars.

Have a look at the Wiki: Many, but not all of the exercises have been written up. Such is the case with the Triceps Extensions:

wiki/index.php/Tricep_Extension

You could also try a pair of strap-on wrist weights and still hold the wiimote. :D

Good idea. I finally got round to adding this to the Wiki. Thank you. :D

You can also get weights for the wii remotes from Riiflex

Your Wii remote and nunchuck fit into the weights. Of course wrist weights are probably cheaper and more flexible.

Thanks for the info. I'll include it in the Wiki when I have the time, unless someone beats me to it. :)

It's not easy to find a supplier in France, but I think I have found one. Might be interesting to use them when I do Big Top Juggling or Rhythm Parade.

Just make sure you don't start juggling for real with them :)
