Trump hotels are offering a 55 minute session with a personal trainer to show you how to use Wii Fit (and/or Wii Sports, it's not entirely clear which).
For $90. That's about the same price as buying Wii Fit and the balance board itself.

I'm having trouble imagining what the personal trainer would do for 55 minutes that you couldn't work out for yourself in less time
Having said that, I think having a Wii and Wii Fit in your hotel room would be great, especially for business travellers. If you are living out of hotels for a couple of weeks it is very easy to get squidgy around the mid-section. All that hotel food and lack of exercise really mounts up, so having something like Wii Fit available for a bit of exercise would be great.
But I still can't see why you'd need a personal trainer...
