Hi kescah,
List of some more food to burn fat and we must add these food in our diet meals to burn fat and to lose weight. Green tea, broccoli, berries, whole grain bread, salmon fish, brown rice and garlic.

All of the posts are really helpful.I am on a diet now and I think I am progressing since I lost a couple of pounds.

I started with just the fun exercise and then my desire to do the other grew. I'm sure it would be that way for others too. If you (whoever) are not motivated to do crunches, don't do 'em. Do exercise that you like. As you start to see results and feel better..
