My sister hasn't been able to unlock the free cycling level (the one with the balloons). She has completed the short, long, and island levels and found all the flags. She has only been able to find 17 of the 20 flags on the Expert level. I would assume that is why she hasn't unlocked the Free Cycle level, except it has unlocked for me and I haven't found all the flags on the Expert level either.
So my question is, what do you have to do to unlock Free Cycling? (I can't remember when or why it unlocked for me).

Hello Farmgirl I think your sister need at least 3 stars at the lower levels and some repeats to open the Free Cycling. In the Wii Fit Forum Wiki are some helpfully tips.

My sister tried the Expert course again tonight, got frustrated, and then went back to the Beginner course. She got three stars and it immediately unlocked the Free Cycle course. Thank you, Methusalem!
