Umm, just wanted to mention that I went OUTSIDE yesterday - and RAN. And did not die. And was not out of breath. And nothing hurt. And my teenaged son said, hey mom, you are in good shape. Okay, that right there, is a good enough reason to have started exercising.

I am about to finish my second island - maybe another 1.5 hours to finish up all the scattered little things. I tried to be more efficient this time, but still was left with a song, a tree, and mostly constellations.

"Outside"... That's that weird place with that really bright light that moves, right? And sometimes instead of the light, a huge shower head...

But seriously, congratulations. I'm in reasonable shape, largely due to having to walk from the metro station to the office, about 20 minutes each way. That said, back in January I bought one of those mini-scooter things that the French call a "trotinette", and it has taken that 20 minute journey down to under 10, and earned me joking references from my colleagues to "le Hells Angel de la trotinette". :o  (It stays at home when it rains, however, as man-handling it and an umbrella isn't so much fun.)
