Has anyone else tried jogging to WIO? I turned the music to the faster selections only and tried jogging lightly on the board. I put a yoga mat on top to buffer my steps. It registered my steps just fine and I seemed to be getting a bit better workout than just walking and it was more interesting. I do not think my calorie count was all that accurate since it does not take into account my additional vertical movement. Is it going to kill my board? Or are we not supposed to run on it because we might fall off?
The weather here is going to be awful for the next week - I do not like running in cold rain. I have started the Couch to 5K program and although I know I will not be advancing during this week, I hope not to slide backwards. I could just do WiiFit free run I guess.
