I had never played the 2 Player Run, it was very annoying at first, but by the Island Lap I got it figured out (passing that is). The Free Run and Free Step on 30 minutes are somewhat redundant, but really shine if you are torn between working out and catching a show etc. My favorites are of course boxing, Advanced Step, and the Basic Run Island Lap, route 2 to be specific, lol.
You can follow along on the playthrough by just clicking the YouTube link and scrolling down to the Aerobics portion of the playthrough. Be forewarned that I kind of free styled this one, ie didn't really do it in order, but nonetheless the titles will guide you to what you want to see.
Hope you enjoy the playthrough and it might offer up some tips and tricks for those looking for the help.
