I'm struggling to keep my girlish figure. Well, it's worse than that. At any rate, I can figure out what some of the obvious exercises are for the tummy, like the jacknife, but I am really into the cycling. Will lots of that help my tummy? Yeah, I hate strength training and am trying to find a way around it. What other fun exercises will help my tummy? Thanks!

I know this is the Wii Fit forum but I found My Fitness Coach: Get in Shape far better for ab toning than any of the Wii exercises, especially with the core body workouts. It could be worth a shot if you're thinking of trying any other Wii exergames sometime, and because it's an old game you can usually pick it up cheap.

There are lots of people that are strong in many of the gym lifts, This is a good foundation for strongman but it is typically not enough to win contests, Your average gym rat probably won’t be able to load a 220lb stone on the first try, You simply have to find a way to train the events....
