The Wii age. (Please, reads only the area corresponding to your age!)
Under 20 years old: The Wii age shows you how adult already your abilities was. Just like your older friends.
Between 20 and 30 year old: The Wii age is absolutely unfair nonsense! You only can lose at this. In the best case shows it you your actual age.
Between 30 and 50 year old: The Wii age is improper and sways wildly to and fro. It makes you the senile old person once and it shows your true abilities another time.
Between 50 and 80 year old: The Wii age just adapted to your daily fluctuations and shows to you that you almost have very good abilities for your older.
More than 80 years old: The Wii age shows how are you still terrific and can keep pace with young easily!

I also think this is complete nonsense! And when you dont get the balance test and need to think about it, and you don't finish it, the WiiFit Age is way too unprecisely. I think this should be patched or something...
A thing i discovered was (maybe it is just for me) but when my BMI grew higher my WiiFitAge was my actual age. When as my weight lowered, my wii fit age went growing

The Wii Fit Age only depend on the little games coming with the body test. I think the mind behind this virtually age is more a psychological then physical reason.
