I don't place too much stock in that test. It's based on how well you do on the balance test which isn't really much of a judge of your age. Some ppl have great balance and others not. One day you can be 90 and the next 25 based on how you did on the test they chose for you that day.
Well my real age is 27, and my first balance test said I was 29 which I was happy with. But when I played the Gold's Gym cardio work out, It said that I was 19 years old, which I was totally happy with!
My age goes up and down dramatically each time, I'm 46 and have been 23 through to 48. The graph it makes is really nonsense. I don't think it's a good basis for judgement, so I don't worry about it.

I agree this is not a great guage, just for fun. I range from 20 to 72. Think it has a lot to do with how I feel and if I have done the test before. Like everything else you get better with practise. I suppose you do improve your balance but I don'g put much store in this rating. It was fun teasing the wife that she was married to a 20 year old and I was stuck with her

I just read a joke about a guy telling his wife that when they were young they had a tiny apt, junky car, etc but he slept with a 20 yr old girl. Now he has a big house, a fancy car and lots of toys but had to sleep with a 65 yr old woman. His wife told him to go find a 20 yr old and she would make sure he got his tiny apt and junky car back!
