My balance board has been acting up lately, possibly software? I am cycling an I suddenly slow down to a stop and get no responce. I have to save my credits and restart the controller. Any ideas. Wouldn't be so bad if it was at the start of a run but at the end

Maybe an other blue-toot device nearby (mobile telephone) or some other disturbances by electrical equipments.
