I'm so frustrated I'm starting to cuss out my mii!

In the free ride level of Island Cycling there's a blue ramp near the starting circle to the right of the path that leads to the river. It launches me onto the roof of a building in the town - that's cool, but the building has a narrow roof and I can't seem to navigate the bike well enough to stay up on it. I've tried countless times and have only ever been a few seconds up there.

(the only thing that keeps me from chucking my controller at my TV is the nearby ramp in the park that takes me quickly back up to the starting circle. If I had to bike around the hill every time, I don't think I'd still own a wii system )

I was there long enough to know that I could cycle along adjoining roofs for a ways. There are celebrating miis up there to encourage me and everything.

Is anybody good enough at steering a bike to tell me how far that path goes?

Oh my. Something else to eat up my measly 30 minutes. I'll give it a try asap. Probably 24 hours from now as a crowd is gathered in front of my Wii and I have to work tomorrow.

Hello- can anyone please tell me how to get to the flag that is down the side of the mountain in a little pool?? It's on the expert course. I can see it but every time I cycle over the side of the cliff I die- please help it's driving me mad!!!!!

I'll look for it, but I don't know of any flag in a pool. There is a flag in what I call the dry lake bed. It's got white sand (I really thought salt when I found it) and is round, so it might look like a pool. To get to that flag you can:
Leave the starting circle, cross the river, take the path that goes up the slope. Just as the path bends, quite near the top of the rise, you can see a red jump in the field further uphill (on your right). Go past that jump, up through the tunnel, voilà!

Okee, sosage. I went through the level again. I went through every checkpoint so I could be sure there wasn't another one. I think you need to get the one in the dry lake bed.

I noticed that there is a flag right at the top of that uphill path right where you should turn off to find the tunnel that leads to that lake. You'll see the small red jump just uphill in the field, then the cave mouth.

Things have really picked up in the last few months, and it's great to have everyone here being so involved.

Thanks for your work on it. I got here because I was trying to find my way around that island. I did a search for hints on it. This is the second forum I visited and it is well set up (especially compared to the other one) and easy to use. Nice of you to have set up the Spoiler Alert arrangement, too, so nobody get hints if they don't want them.

I agree. I was looking for something straightforward and easy, too. This was the best.
