Thanks for the sample routine. I am just starting out on the Wii Fit Plus and was confused as to how to make a routine. Can I make a routine and save the routine or do I have to pick it every time I want to work out?

You can make a yoga and gym routine, but you can't make a routine for the other things, unfortunately. The idea, I think, is to get you to vary your routine from day to day to prevent boredom.
