How do I transfer all of my individual data from wii fit to wii fit plus?

Hiya, Wii Fit Plus should automatically transfer your Mii when you first use it.

I don't remember having to do anything special to get my Mii into WF+

Thanks for the response. When I first got wii fit plus a week ago, it transferred my data. Since then I had been using wii fi. But today, when I put in wii fit plus, it didn't transfer the data. I am thinking that once you start wii fit plus, you shouldn't use wii fit any more.
What do you think?

Correct. Wii Fit Plus includes everything in Wii Fit, there's no need to use both.
