- 10 times per leg: takes 2 minutes.
- 15 times per leg: takes 3 minutes.
How to do it
- Stand on the Wii Balance Board with your legs apart and your arms at your sides.
- Keeping your right foot on the Wii Balance Board, move your left foot to the side, one Wii Balance Board width away.
- Raise your left arm straight up so that it is pointing at the ceiling.
- Place your right hand on your left hip.
- Bend your right knee and, at the same time, bend your body to the right so that your centre of gravity is over your right knee.
- Hold the position for a few moments.
- Straighten your body and your right knee and lower your left arm.
- Do as many repetitions as the level requires.
- Switch to the other leg.
Scoring
You are awarded points for each time the red bar passed the blue line, both for the right leg and the left.
Problems
- You should not bend your knee any further than your toes.
- If you are having problems getting the red bar to pass the blue line, make sure that your back is straight and that your knee is bent far enough.
- If you have bent your body and your knee far enough, the elbow of the hand that is on the hip should be on the thigh of the bent knee.
- Do not overdo this exercise as you could strain your muscles.
- Keep your movements fluid and steady.
