What is this?
This is a yoga position for the arms and thighs.

Equipment required
This exercise requires:
- The Wii Balance Board

Sun Salutation has a MET of 2, meaning that it is a light intensity activity.
Time
This exercise takes two minutes.
Levels
There is only one level of Sun Salutation.
How to do it
At all times, follow the movements of your trainer.
Initial Position
- Stand on the Wii Balance Board with your legs together.
- Pull your shoulders back.
- Keep your back straight.
- Your arms should be at your sides.
Set-up
- Bring your palms together in front of your chest.
- Keeping your palms together, lift your arms straight up so that they are pointing at the ceiling.
- Clasp your fingers together.
The position
- Unclasp your fingers.
- Bend backwards a bit, so that your palms and head are facing upwards.
- Keeping your back straight, bend forward and touch your toes.
Holding the Position
- Keep your back straight and your fingers on your toes.
- Breathe in and out, keeping your breath steady.
- Concentrate on your balance so that you keep the red dot in the yellow zone.
Unwinding
- Bend your knees.
- Raise your arms straight up and clasp your fingers together.
- Straighten your legs.
- Bring your palms together in front of your chest.
- Let your arms fall to your sides.
Repetitions
- There are three repetitions of this exercise.
Scoring
You are awarded points based on how well you kept the red dot within the yellow zone.
Problems
- If you cannot manage to touch your toes, do the best you can. If you work at this exercise, you will soon find that you will have the necessary flexibility and stability to rest your fingers on your toes.
- Remember to keep your back straight when you touch your toes, otherwise you might lose your balance.
