I think that is true of exercise in general. Yoga is, for me, a great way of checking to see whether the muscles are working together properly to help me keep my balance.

I don't find yoga something that helps me to lose weight. It's great for toning and keeping flexible, yes, but the only thing that takes off the weight is aerobic exercise and, of course, eating less.
