Just curious to see how much weight you have lost in what amount of time doing the Wii Fitt Plus? I have had mine 18 days now and I have lost 7 pounds. Soooo excited about that too! So, lets share how much we have lost together. :lol:

Heh :)

No, one stone is 14 pounds.

Did you know that Google does unit conversions? If you type "1 stone in pounds" it will work it out for you. It can convert between pretty much any units.

I started on december 16th. 2009 at 165.7lbs., and as of today (March 13th, 2010) I am down to 142.1lbs. I have lost a total of 23.6lbs., and of course I have altered my eating habits a lot.

I also went from a size 16 down to a 9/10, and even those new jeans are falling off of me! 8-)

As of March 27th, I have lost 28lbs., I am now at 137.8lbs.!!!

I purchased Wii Fit Plus on December 28th, 2009. At that time I weighed 215.4 pounds

Yesterday March 13th, 2010 I weighed 188.5 ( I also use EA Sports More Workouts )

I've lost 26.9 pounds in about 75 days :!:

It's an interesting story.
I'm 13 years old.
I've been on a diet since March 2, 2009. From March 2009 to October 2009, I lost approximately 60 lbs to put me at around 152. I would lose or gain one or two pounds regularly. Then I stopped losing or gaining. I was at a flat 150 for what seemed like forever.
By then, it was the middle of winter. And here, it was a pretty bad one, so I couldn't go running. So I cut back a lot on my food.
About two weeks ago, I hooked up my Wii Fit. I was 143 lbs. I was thrilled, because 143 is soooooo much better than 212.
I tend to lose weight very fast, so I thought it would be a piece of cake. (weird wording, considering I don't eat sweets :lol: )
And it was.
Today, I weighed in at 137 lbs. That's 75 pounds from this time a year ago! And 6 lbs from two weeks ago. I think that's great progress, and I love my Wii Fit :)

@AARfan96

That's really well done. And kudos for doing this when you are young. Take it from me, it gets much harder to control your weight as you get older. Get control of your weight and fitness now and you'll feel the benefit for the rest of your life. I *really* wish I'd done it when I was your age.
